Promoting education, changing lives: EDUCA SWISS is looking for volunteer coaches (10%)
At EDUCA SWISS, Switzerland’s largest private education funding initiative, we have been committed to equal opportunities in education and training since 2015. Thanks to the dedicated efforts of volunteers and socially motivated donors, we create sustainable educational opportunities. Due to rapidly growing demand, we are seeking experienced and wise individuals who are willing to volunteer their time to support and encourage people in planning their education and financial plans.
Project Manager Coaching (80%): Effective leadership of our large volunteer team, DE & FR, starting immediately or by agreement
EDUCA SWISS is the Swiss Foundation for Education Promotion and Financing. As a private initiative, we close gaps in direct educational financing. We support motivated individuals in achieving their educational goals through free coaching and educational loans.
We are looking for reinforcement for the leadership and coordination of our approximately 50 volunteer coaches, starting immediately or by agreement. Our coaches provide pro bono support to individuals applying for a loan from EDUCA SWISS in preparing their application dossiers and budgets. Together with your team colleague, you will be responsible for the recruitment, onboarding, support, quality assurance, and organization of the coaches.
Would you like to dedicate yourself passionately to greater educational equity and perhaps already have experience in volunteer management? Do you enjoy being an “enabler” and live by the principle of “helping people to help themselves”? A background in HR, education, community management, coaching, or budget/career counseling would also fit this position well.
Communication & Marketing (50–60%) for Nonprofit Foundation / NGO – Starting Immediately or by Agreement
A meaningful role in communications for a nonprofit foundation, DE & FR, also suitable for freelancers or self-employed professionals

For our team in Zurich, we are looking for a versatile, proactive, and engaging personality with experience in marketing/communications/sales/event management, starting immediately or by agreement. This is a temporary position (12 months) as maternity cover.
As an experienced communications professional, you will assume responsibility for all communication channels of the foundation in collaboration with the management team.
