EDUCA SWISS is a Swiss foundation dedicated to promoting and financing education. We close funding gaps and support nearly 1,000 motivated individuals each year with coaching and education loans on their path to graduation.
Demand for education financing is growing rapidly. Therefore, our Co-Head of Coaching (Quality & Professional Support), Julia Kauffmann, is looking for reinforcement starting June 1 (at the latest July 1). We are seeking a solution-oriented, empathetic personality with experience in education, coaching, budget or career counseling, and/or transition into the workforce.
Your Responsibilities
- Support and guide coaches: You support our nationwide team of around 50 volunteer coaches with content-related questions on cases, budget planning, and processes. You provide second opinions and contribute your professional perspective. In German, English, and French.
- Review applications: You assess incoming funding applications and evaluate applicants’ educational and budget plans.
- Develop IT platform: You contribute feedback and ideas and test new features of our application platform “educaplan.ch.”
- Work closely with Co-Head of Coaching: You support the Co-Head of Coaching (Quality & Professional Support) in coordinating and implementing quality goals in daily operations.
Your Profile
- Passion for supporting and encouraging people in their educational journey
- Experience in education, coaching, consulting, or social sectors
- Affinity for numbers, budgeting, and IT
- Openness to our education loan model
- Enjoy working with a committed, nationwide volunteer team
- German (C2), fluent French and English; additional languages are a plus
- Confident use of common tools such as Office, Teams, OneNote, etc.
