We close funding gaps and support nearly 1,000 motivated individuals each year with coaching and education loans on their path to graduation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<!--more-->\n\n\n\n<p>We are looking for a committed individual, to start immediately or by agreement, to support the Co-Head of Coaching and our nationwide coaching team \u2014 someone with a passion for educational equity, strong communication skills, and an independent, structured way of working. Experience in education, coaching, budgeting, or career counselling is an advantage, but not required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Your Responsibilities<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Review applications:<\/strong> You assess incoming funding applications and evaluate applicants\u2019 education and budget plans. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Support Co-Head of Coaching:<\/strong> You assist in coordinating and implementing quality objectives in day-to-day operations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li> <strong>Support and guide coaches:<\/strong> You support our nationwide team of around 50 volunteer coaches with questions on cases, budgets, and processes \u2014 <strong>in German, English, and French. <\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Develop the IT platform:<\/strong> You collect feedback from coaches on the \u00abeducaplan.ch\u00bb platform, coordinate with IT, and test new features.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">What will help you succeed<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Experience in education, coaching, consulting, or a social field<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Excellent German skills (C2) and<strong> fluent French and English<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Affinity for numbers and interest in budgeting<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Interest in digital tools and confident use of Office, Teams, OneNote, etc.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Structured, independent, and reliable working style<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Motivation to support and encourage people in their educational journey<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enjoyment of working with committed volunteers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Experience in education, budgeting, or career counselling is a plus, but not required<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Would you like to contribute to greater equality of opportunity in education?<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Do you want to contribute to greater equal opportunities in education?<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>We look forward to your application.
