Marco Billeter <\/h3>\n

Marco Billeter<\/strong> studied law at the University of St. Gallen. After holding various management positions at Novartis AG, he specialized in the restructuring and strategic realignment of medium-sized industrial companies. As an investor and member of boards of directors, he is active across a range of industries, including packaging, building services engineering, metalworking, and vehicle manufacturing.
As a co-founder of EDUCA SWISS<\/strong>, Marco Billeter significantly shaped the foundation for many years as President of the Board of Trustees. In order to meet the foundation\u2019s dynamic growth and the further development of the EDUCA SWISS<\/strong>, DreamTeam, and stipendium.ch<\/a><\/strong> programs, he assumed the newly created overarching executive management of the foundation. In doing so, he consistently continues his long-standing commitment to promoting young talent through leadership figures\u2014both in terms of content and entrepreneurial responsibility.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Professor Dr HSG Claude Siegenthaler <\/h3>\n

Claude Siegenthaler studied economics at the University of St. Gallen. From 2004 to 2016, he was a professor of sustainability at Hosei University in Tokyo. As a lecturer and coach, he teaches at various universities, including at ETH Zurich University. With his company Authentic Development GmbH, he assists executives and organizations. He is a co-founder of EDUCA SWISS, member of the foundation board, and was managing director from 2016 to 2019.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Monique B\u00e4r <\/h3>\n

Monique B\u00e4r is actively involved in social integration, sustainability and leadership. She is the founder and president of the Arcas Foundation, co-initiator of the Foundation for Responsible Leadership in St. Gallen and a member of the board of directors of Forma Futura Invest AG and the social real estate company Equimo AG. Monique B\u00e4r is also a board member of SwissFoundations, the umbrella organization of Swiss funding institutions. As a partner of coaching-center gmbh in Zurich, she has been working as a supervisor and coach in companies and the nonprofit sector since the mid-1990s. Monique B\u00e4r holds degrees as in Engineering from ETH Zurich University and Supervisor of IAP\/BSO.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Monica V\u00f6gele studied art history and literature at the University of Zurich while also working in advertising and marketing for an international retail company. After leading the company\u2019s advertising agency during 14 years, Monica V\u00f6gele turned back to culture. As President of the Foundation Board of the Charles and Agnes V\u00f6gele Foundation and Director of the V\u00f6gele Culture Center, she now works on socially relevant topics that are implemented in schools, institutions, and the public. Board mandates in both cultural and educational institutions encompass Monica V\u00f6gele’s commitment to a broadly accessible transfer of knowledge.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Peter F. Weibel <\/h3>\n

Peter F. Weibel studied business administration at the University of Zurich and spent many years in leading positions for leading companies in Switzerland, including as CEO of PwC from 1988 to 2003 and as a member of the Board of Directors of Credit Suisse Group from 2004 to 2012. For 15 years now, Peter F. Weibel has committed professionally to education, social issues and culture. He was awarded the Medal of Honor of the City of Zurich for his services as long-time President of the Festivals. He contributed to the development of several foundations, including the Pestalozzi Foundation. Since 2012, he has presided over the Foundation of the University of Zurich. For EDUCA SWISS, Peter Weibel’s experience in professional governance, sustainable fundraising and especially in impact-oriented leadership is particularly valuable.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n\n <\/div>\n

Professor Dr. Theo Wehner <\/h3>\n

Industrial Psychologist<\/h4>\n

Theo Wehner studied psychology and sociology, is now a visiting professor at the University of Bremen and professor emeritus at the Center for Organizational and Work Sciences at ETH Zurich University. As an expert, he works for leading foundations that finance education. His research focuses on the meaning of professional work and the act of becoming in today’s society. How do we learn through experience – especially in dealing with mistakes and failure? What is the nature of volunteer work? How do we define effective support and guidance for people in their professional development?
